When do I receive my credentials?

Most orders are delivered instantly, and the credentials appear on your order page the moment payment clears. Some items are prepared on demand (about 30 minutes); we email you as soon as they're ready.

How do I add balance to my wallet?

Open the top-up dialog from the header, choose an amount, and pay with crypto. Your balance is credited automatically once the payment settles, then you pay from balance at checkout.

What if a product doesn't work?

If an item is non-functional on delivery, report it within 24 hours and we'll replace it or credit your wallet, per our Refund Policy.
